BELLY OF MY MOTORO?

Its hard to tell in this picture but is there any open wounds on the fish? The sand could be irritating its belly, be careful if this is the case as you don't want them to get an infection.
Could also be just getting use to the type of sand you have in the bottom. What type did you go with?
No open wounds just kinda pinkish in the center 75% of body. He is only 6" long and I have only had him for 1 1/2 weeks.
I used pool filter sand. I have seen a lot of debates whether it is ok with stingrays. I heard by more people that it is ok than it is not so I went with it.

Nothing to worry about, usually young rays get this colouration. What is to be watched is when you have red areas like a rash all over the underside of the disk. That can me either stress or bad sand.
