Bench Warrant?

Dunno if this is really the place for legal advice but...
Whats one to do if a bench warrant is issued on them?
I had a court date today and couldnt attend as I was vomiting and had to go to Critical Care at the Hospital.
Called the court and said I would be put on the docket as an add-on.
Do I just bring proof that I was in the hospital and hope for the best?

This is Truancy court, I dont have a felony or anything.
Just missed some school, got sent to court and missed a court date.
 
not sure what state your from, but you should attend the next walk in court. if you get pulled over, or any run in with the pigs u could get locked up for a night. just try to take care of it asap
 
Yeah, I'm attending court tomorrow first thing in the morning and bringing proof that I was in the hospital.
I'm a "juvenile" by the way.
There's still a chance I could get locked up for a couple days but its better than get picked up.
 
That's really all you can do. As long as you go down asap and talk to them you should be good. Well at least better than not taking care of it and running..

Yeah it's gonna suck, and to be honest I'm afraid.
I've been there before and told myself I'd never be back.

Just realize there's no way out. It's go tommorrow and make sure you're straight or make it far worse the longer you wait. Realistically since you're a minor and it's for truancy I don't think it's a huge deal but better to be safe than sorry.
