BENCHING WEIGHT!!!

I dont know about now, and I never did "max", but I used to work out with 225. I'm a pansy now probably. Congrats Del:)
 
I haven't even attempted to lift a weight since highschool PE and even then I was a wimp, I remember only being able to do the bar with no weights :ROFL:
 
Last time I maxed out was over a year ago. I maxed 250lbs and putting up 3 sets of 6 at 225lbs. Now I use dumb bells for chest. I can get more contraction that way.

max squat-550
40 yard dash-4.3
currently weighing about 193
and im a junior in Hs
 
sorry del but benching and maxing out is the most useless form of weight lifting...... no practical purpose...... unless you want to wear a bra when you turn 40.......
