I know I've already posted a thread on this but I'd like to focus this on the healing of the arowanas barbel. I've got a 8" silver arowana and it's left bar. is bent upwards from the middle not the root, and it looks slightly torn. I've heard of several different ways of fixing it. Some places say leave it, others say cut it off and let it grow back straight, others even said put a needle on him to hold it straight till it heals. What do you all think I should do to make it heal good as new? And how long will it take?
