you could just send money from bank to bank... when ever i pay pal anybody its always on my CC.... incase i get screwed i can always dispute and get my money back...

bank tranfers do cost some $$$ not sure on how much.... if your looking to buy something and can put it on a CC and use paypal i would do that... atleast you are protected incase something goes wrong...once you do a bank transfer thats it your money is gone and too attempt to get it back will be a nightmare
