BEST AIR POWERED FILTER?

Hey guys, i just got a 5000L per hour air blower to run my handful of tanks, what type of air powered filters are best?

These wont be for the monster tank (i have a ehim canister for that..but for guppy tanks, angel tanks, etc)

yeah corner box filters or spogue filters (not ugfs though as these tanks are going to be bare bottomed)

I still prefer sponge filters vs corner filters.

The Penn-Plax Clear Free Corner Cartridge filter is great as a SECOND filter added to a tank with a main filter system such as a HOB or is great for fry or small tanks.

In all honesty, Under Gravel Filter would be the best.. Depending on your stocking levels, it holds the largest amount of nitrifying bacteria.

The sponge filters work well, especially for bare-bottom tanks.. but in display-type tanks they can be bulky and a pain in the butt to maintain.
