In the process of building a system about 20 20 gallon tanks and want to know what the best meds and what you guys think is the best quarantine process

I treat a quarantine tank like any other tank apart from keeping it simple, bare bottom and one easily removed bit of cover, one large air pump supplying multiple sponge filters . I only medicate if there is a need to, I think over medication can lead to certain diseases building a resistance to the meds

Qt tanks are not only meant for sick fish but to make sure fish aren't sick.
Depending on what you're treating will determine what meds you need. And some times, like with parasites and bacterial infections, one medication will work and another won't.

Common disease we getting from our new fishes from LFS is ICH.
So, it's depend on species I would treat QT with temp/salt for at least 2 weeks then another 2 weeks to train new fish to my main table food then move to main tank.
