Oregon, it's part of 'Murica!
Going to Home Depot in a half hour to look for somethings. Can you tell me which is the best aquarium safe silicone sealant? Need to seal up a broken tank I got for free, http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=365655

A lot of people keep saying just seal it and it would be fine but I want to patch as well just for a little piece of mind. What sealant should I look for?

GE Silicone 2 (which is actually noted as ii on the applicator can)
Silicone II is the one with bioseal(anti bacterial/fungal) in it this has the potential to leach out into your tank water (potentialy, it has never been empiracily proved to do so) But play it safe though and use GE I (which does not have bioseal)

If you're using it for a structural application, GE 1/2 is not the proper silicone. They lack the adhesive qualities that RTV has.
