so today i went to my local petsmart and the shelves look empty as hell. i asked whats going on and one employee said they are re-stocking the store and taking out all the old products out. so i went straight to the fish isle and looked around to see what i could pick up... then i see it, the last AC 110...regular price you ask? 89.56. how much i got it for??? $30.00. sooo sick lol

so now my 100 has two eheim pro II 2028s and one ac 110...

great filter, i love mine.. they are sort of prone to leaking air through the "U" of the intake though.

oh and is it normal for the filter to make a wierd noise when its on the lowest power setting?

Awesome I just got an ac110 from my LFS for $39.99 cause the box was open and the guy said it had a crack but there was no crack to be found. It works perfectly. Sometimes it pays to browse lfs's once a week on a regular basis lol.

ahha i agree... thats how i how i bought a 100 gal that was labeld as 80 gal. lol my lfs must of labled thier tanks wrong.

but the ac110 is a wonderful filter. mines had been in for an hour n i love it. just waiting for everything to balance out again.
