I have never dome anything with ponds but I am looking to make clear out some area in my yard and make a small waterfall/pond. WHat book can help me get started?

You're looking at it right now... Just keep reading different posts, questions and comments. Look online for products related to ponds and waterfalls. Do some research first, then start digging. Lurvey's Landscape Supply in Des Plaines (Potter and Dempster) will have all the supplies. Now that I think about it, they should have some books as well.
