What would be the best brown algae eater to go into a 90gal with a 9" Datnoid, 10" Bichir and a few other aggressive fish?

I'm having "Issues" with the brown algae at the moment and nothing I'm doing is helping. So looks like I need more natural help. Any ideas?

I recommend a "Magneticus Scrapus". This specimen is known to devour all types of algae, with a little prompting from it's owner.

In that case, I prune the covered leaves. I would test your nitrates, perform large water changes to correct any problem, and reduce your lighting time.

And a Rubbernose Plec is a great algae eater.

Both can affect your algae problem. Flake foods sre notorious for containing undesirable levels of phosphate.

siamese flying fox??? maybe..

Agreed. Plus they are pretty fast fish, so they should be able to stay out of harms way if they are small enough to be eaten. but they jump pretty well so be careful of that.

Ok found one Small Flying Fox (2")..... he looks like he'll be fish food. Lets hope they are as fast as you say. Cause now he's in with the big boyzs.

1 Dat 9"
1 Dat 4"
1 Birchir 10"
1 Nandus 5"
2 Leaf Fish 3.5"
1 Giant Bumble Bee Cat 5"

Fingers Crossed :WHOA: He's hiding in the follage!
