Hey Everyone,

I have been seeing a lot of really great pictures of fish in their aquariums, and I am wondering what cameras you are using to take them. Post your fish pictures and tell us about the camera set up you used to take them!

Thanks :)

I have a Nikon D300 with a slew of pro lenses and usually bounce the external flash off the ceiling when shooting. I also use a wide open aperture to wash out the background. Result:

Bounce flash for aquarium photography? That's interesting! Never bothered to try that. My approach is totally different. I use a wireless flash setup, aiming the light directly into the tank from above, and use mid to tiny apertures. This was taken with a 70-200mm f/2.8 from several feet back. Oh, and I use a Nikon D90

I use:
Camera: Nikon D90
Lens: 17-55mm f/2.8

DSLR and an external flash.

I use a canon t1i and 430EXII speedlight.
