i already have two AC110s. so i think a fx5 and a 110 with only bio

Why but only bio in them? Both have CRAPPY mech filtration, toss a bit of poly fill in there and make your tank extra crispy while also preserving the effective surface area of the bio media you allredy have. :headbang2

For a big tank consider the big filters… for canisters that’s FX5, The largest of the Eheims or a pressurized pond filter (such as the BioForce 2000)…

Do yourself a favor and never set up a filter “for bio only”…
Having mechanical filtration prior to the bio media prevents waste from collecting in the bio media. This means you have to clean the bio media far less often. Whenever you clean bio media you will remove some bacteria, thus preventing the need to clean it will be greatly to your advantage. Also physical waste will clog fine pores in ceramic type bio media which reduces ‘surface area’ and cuts existing bacteria off from the system resulting in a bacteria loss (potential mini cycle).
