Best cichlid food?

so guys what is it? what do you think is the best brand of food for cichlids? im not talking about krill or worms ect but the brand name foods like hikari bio gold + or new life spectrum cichlid mix? im keen to see what everyone uses

My fish have always enjoyed Hikari (All kinds) and New Life Spectrum. I don't have the cichlid Spectrum but they really enjoy it, its the krill heavy food that works for fresh or salt. All my fish (Fresh and Salt) always liked it.

I use bio-gold+ as well. If they're smaller I use Hikari Cichlid Gold "baby pellet" size, because I can't find bio-gold+ in baby pelleter size.

Bio-gold, nls, omega one...I try and mix it up so they get some variety.

NLS Large Fish Formula(7.5mm), NLS Jumbo Pellets(5mm), NLS Cichlasoma Pellets(3mm) and Hikari carnivore sticks.
