Best Cichlid Pellets/Sticks?

What's your preference and why? Any discernable difference between the various products? Notice any growth differences or coloration with certain products?

I was using Hikari-Gold, and Doromin, but bought some NLS, and Omega-one, expermenting currently....

I like omega1. My fish seem to love it and they've shown better color recently.

I too like omega one. THe fish love it and I've had great success with growth and colour. Some folks compain and say that they use too much salt water fish products in it. Personally I don't care, I like the stuff. I also like to use Hikari cichlid gold, and the boys enjoy that one too.

My favorite is NLS but I also like Omega One. I like NLS because it has fewer fillers and more of what the fish actually need. My fish seem to like the sinking pellets, too.

pretty much just hikari gold, with some nls sprinklings every couple of days.
curious to try bio-gold though, it'll be my next bag.

right now im using just regular tropical fish flake but im going to get some omega 1 cichlid flakes (do they make flakes) or some hikari gold but my firemouth is still small so i will either get the flakes or the hikari gold baby food.
