best cleaning method

Hey whats up guys, I just got back from deployment yesteray, and I went to look at my tank to get ready to set her up, and its filthyyyy. ha. pretty much all the gravel is in there(im taking out, replacing with sand) but the whole tank has like white crusty stuff all over, just trying to figure out the best way to clean it, especially by myself its a 125G so its a little difficult to move around until my roomates get back. ha

A good mix of vinegar and water along with a scrub pad and alot of elbow grease.......

As like everyone else said.... Vinegar and a good scrubbing should do the trick.
