I now have a very modest set-up going of a 29 gallon with currently one occupant of a 4" Texas.
I've always loved polypterus, and have kept a few before, and I intend to keep a couple once more.
I'm leaning towards getting an albino senegal based on availabilty, but what other smaller species of polypterus should I get?
Which smaller species is both nice looking and "fun"?
I have an empty 55 gallon once the fish begin putting on more size, so I'm thinking 2 polypterus and the Texas.
