We are getting ready to build a new water feature at my work which will be most concrete with some large granite pieces as the siles for the plexiglass viewing windows. I want to know what the best way to seal the concrete and granite pieces. Would prefer something clear in color especially for the granite. We have used rubberized coatings in the past which have worked well but I'm trying to keep it more natural looking. Obviously the product has to be safe for fish as there will be fish going in it. Thanks in advance for all suggestions.

I'm confused by the phrase "at my work."

If it's at your work, then your work has already chosen or will likely get an experienced professional construction contractor that has built similar structures. (Otherwise, that would be the first order of business.) Preferably, that will be done after sending out bids with the precise requirements for the job.

The contractor will be responsible for identifying and choosing the proper materials after consulting with your company on what your preferences are, even if they are using handymen to construct it. If your company is bypassing the professional contractors to hire handymen with no experience or expertise, then I'd re-think it.

Bypassing a professional contractor can violate insurance policies, place the company at risk for environmental, health, and safety violations as well, because it might be judged as negligence.

We are building it. I work at the City Museum in St Louis Missouri and we are craftsmen of various trades. I have done some searching around and was just curious what all others have use on there projects. We have done many water features hear and have mostly used rubberized coatings to seal them and have had little to no issues. I was wanting something that looked a little less obvious so it would look more natural.
