Best Conditioning for tropheus sp.

I have a 55g with 10 F1 Tropheus duboisi and 3 F1 Tropheus black "bemba" and was wondering what the best food to feed so I can get them properly conditioned for breeding. I feed them NLS thera+, hikari cichlid excel, romaine lettuce, green algae sheets, and twice a week a few whiteworms. Any thing else or is this an ok diet???

I would put them in a 75g min. 6 footer would be perfect. Get more dubs. If you really want the breeding to pick up you need the right tank size and numbers.

NLS works for me.
