I have a 11" rtc that is starting to show signs of gill curl. He still eats like a monster so I'm not very concerned about his overall health right now, I just don't want it to progress further and give him trouble down the line. Water params are ammonia=0ppm, nitrite=0ppm, nitrate=40ppm, temp 79, pH=7.4. I do wc everyday and get get nitrates down. I just ordered fluval nitrate remover to add to my filter. I heard something about massaging gill plates or something to heal it. I would just like some advice from those who have down this before.
