Okay friends. Here is a deal to be envious of. You can feel free to post other great deals you have gotten.

I was on craigslist right. Found a guy who was selling a 55. No details. I called him up and asked for details and a price. $125. Not too bad right.

it gets better.

He has a full set up of a 55 and a 75 both saltwater with anything and everything you could ever want. you dream it im getting it. We talked for 2 hours. 2 hours straight about our amazing fish and his tanks. He had a bad experience with the 75 leaking and everything dieing after he moved and wants to sell it. The story is way longer lol.

So I am getting everything I could ever want at $125

A dream come true! Best night of my life!!!! (besides waking up from a coma lol)

I mean come on guess. Not only did a find a great deal I met a new fish loving friend with lots of resources. I might go 55 salt and 75 fresh. Feel free to comment on that

Basically I am peeing my pants and typing this fast. about 3 minutes so far.

Love you guys and love my fish! You are the first to know!

Bye

Very nice. My best pickup was $100 for 130g, he made me take the fish with it, sold em for $30, so really the tank with heaters and stand was $70!

Nice deal. I've considered do saltwater, but always hesitated from having to buy all the stuff. I bought a 55g with everything including fish for $15 (they asked for 30) from a garage sale, then sold the fish for $20. So I made $5 and a free 55g set-up.

Very good deal! My best was $300 for a 180 w/ stand, tops, 48" light, 2 eheim pro 2's, one 2217, 2 powerheads, one mag drive, one super powerful circulation pump (forget the name), countless large boulders and other odds and ends that I'm still finding uses for.

I bought an acrylic 450 with stand and two 55 gallon sumps each with a quiet one submersible pump, heaters, bio balls, all for a thousand bucks! I thought my 6 foot 360 was huge! Wow what a difference an 8 foot tank makes!

well here is a good one, i bought a like new 20l with wood stand and everything plus a free tire track eel for $30, well here is the great part, i traded that tire track eel for a divided 75g tank.
