Mine is 3.5" and at the moment is eat cichlid gold and tropical flakes daily, every week or so, i dig up an earthworm also. I put bloodworms in also but the Giant danios get them first. Also, how fast do they grow?

i think his diet is perfect, bloodworms are also quite good.
green terrors are very slow growers imo

I got over an inch per month for a while, feeding mainly tetramin cichlid sticks and mussels. The diet also included shrimp, fish filet, bloodworm cubes, live bloodworms.

Regardless, you will see much faster results keeping the water parameters spot on, than any diet can help you get!

i feed mine nls pellets and raw shrimp that i buy in frozen bags at the grocery. what you feed now sounds fine though. if you wanted to try other things i would recommend trying the shrimp. one of my gts will ignore pellets and only eat the shrimp so she only gets to eat about 4 times a week but i guess shes ok with that

Majorly slow growers. I have mine on Hikari Cichlid Staple, red shrimp, FD bloodworms, and FD mysis shrimp. I've had her (I suspect it's a female) for about 3 months and she's only grown an inch.

Keep them out of sunlight, don't get them wet, and whatever you do, don't feed them after midnight.
