Best fahaka tank dimensions?

I'm currently browsing CL for a nice 120 for a future fahaka tank and was curious what the best tank shape would be for one of these guys? I'm guessing footprint is most imporant

This is an old thread but if its labeled as a 120g make sure that its atleast 24" wide which is most important in these species. With that said length wise aim for 4ft and the rest should play out itself. Bigger is always better but provide the minimum width

Ditto, 2feet wide is a safe bet. Mine is 5x2x2 and I think those are good dimensions. Turning room is most important.

when I had mine I was using a 120 g that was 4 x 2. I had to give her a way because the tank was too cramped. When I do it over again I will getting a tank thats 6 by 2.
