best filter HELP?

hello, ive been reading that south american puffers like good current. so if thats true is a aqua clear 70(former 300) going to be overkill on a 20long sap tank. that would put me at 15x turnover rate, but i figure with media that 300 gph is not 300gph. if not the 70 i was thinking of getting the 50....which is the best filter for this application.thanks

You can never over filter...
Go with the 70. I am getting a 20 high and i plan on putting an AC50 on it. I love current and filtration though.
