.....thats a good question....
Ok guys, what is the best filter for above mentioned tank? Was gonna go with a sump but there is no room under the tank. So probably gonna go with some kinda canister. Thinking fluval fx5 or 2x fluval 404 but let me know if you think otherwise. Tank will have a endi bichir, a red tail payara, a spotted gar and african pike (if he doesnt attack the other fish). Any ideas? I change water 60-70% once a week.

LOL, I originally had 1 FX5 and an AC110 on my 210. Then I saw the XP3 for $75 thread, so I got one of those, then I found a killer deal for 2 FX5's. Can you say overfiltered?!?!?!?

Personally, the best combo for a tank that size would be one eheim, either 2262, 2260 or 2080, and an FX5. The FX5 is a good mech filter, and the eheims are good bio filters.

$75!!!!!!!!!!!!! For the price of one ehiem, you can get 6 of those xp3!!!!!Probably going with the xp filters for now then save up for a eheim. For those of you who have a 2076-2080 pro, how much do you actually use all of the filters *** kickery electronics?
