Best filtration sistem ever?

what is the best filtration sistem for our monsterfish tanks?
I have a sump and very pleased with it

Example: 1000 gallon tank- very large sump (250 gal) with lots of mechanical filtration and very,very,large refugium (500 gal)with miracle mud and a ton of plants. Can't have enough filtration and also lot's of extra water in the system, that's not just for marine tanks.
