Best filtration?

should i get rid of my aquaclear 110s? or get rid of one of them and get an emperor filter and keep one of the 110s?

OR

Should i upgrade to an XP3 filter? It will be a single GT with some plecs

what size tank?

two AC's can probably handle up to a 90g with moderate stock without much trouble.

Personally, I love the combo of an AC110 and a Rena XP3.

but you may not need it, so no need to spend money when what you have works great.

I would not get an emperor, cartridge filters suck.

Its a 55g, with a single GT and some plecs. probably over kill

Take it this is for your 55g? A single AC110 would adequately filter the 55g by itself. Adding a second for redundancy is a good idea though.

Don't sell or change either, stick with the pair of ACs
