one of the bests is shrimp frozen, freeze dried, or fresh.

Pellets: commonly used here in our country is XO Humpy Head and Chingmix--they're really good.

Where do you get ching mix from? It always seems to cost a bunch when I see it.

I have been using Tetra luohan, and its seems to be woring on the colors. Head growth... I'm not so sure.

all in da genes. if its low grade there will be no head even with maxima head booster
blood worms are the 2nd best!

well.. i dig worm from my garden back yard for my flowerhorn. Im thinking about getting dry food for it.

Chingmix without a doubt. I'd use something else as a staple though, and just sub the chingmix in every so often.

chingmixusa or aquaticwonderland...it'd be hard to find it any cheaper than 10-13$ per 125g + shipping. A LFS around here has it for 20$ per 125g and they still sell them all within a couple of days following the shipment.
