best "food" fish to breed

Contemplating using a 2250 gallon pond for breeding, dont know what to breed. I know many here feed their fish tilapia, and i've heard its one of the best fish to breed. I'd love to breed barramundis but i doubt ill be able to do tht. Also figured besides breeding i could probly just grow out fish in it.

What do you think the best breeding (or fast growing) "food" fish is?

if you can keep your temperature in the mid 80's tilapia work well. i also like blue and channel catfish.

My opinion is that you should just give me the 2250 and I'll take care of the rest for you

food for yourself or for feeding your fish? Either way go with Tilapia then

sexing tilapia is the same as convicts? what size they can breed?
