My del is about 9-10 inches, and he has been showing less and less interest in Sinking Cichlid Gold Pellets. He also isn’t paying attention to frozen fish. Not sure why. Is there any other food he could eat.

I personally don't feed my larger poly's everyday. Skip a day or two and it may eat.

I skip a day. Sometimes 2.

Carnivore pellets, earth worms, mine love bug bites especially the pleco and color enhancing.

Where do I get earthworms? And how do I ‘cut‘ them.

Find a bait shop in your area and hopefully they will also sell red wrigglers. The red wrigglers are smaller than larger earthworms so no need to cut.
