Best food for Convict cichlid fries for fast growing

Omega 1 flakes. That's what I use for my convict fry. They grow like weeds.

Thanks for the suggestions. But this food not available in our area. Can I feed nice worms for these fries???

You can feed tubifex worms, (blackworms), bloodworms. And basically any kind of ground up flake food.

Hi Friend yesterday I tried blood worms. Unfortunately some fries are passed away.... I feed very few amount of blood worms after cleaning only. But dont know.

Does frequent water change important?

Very important for fast fry growth(at least 10% PWC every other day), I use Omega One Marine miro-pellets they are tiny enough that the fry can eat and has garlic thats good for the immune system.

Ground Tetra Prima,mini blood worm,as they grow chopped earthworms (night crawlers).

Water changes as mentioned also important.
