Best food for yellow lab and yellow tail acei?

I have some cichlid green by NT labs but the fish dont seem too keen on floating pellets.

What is a good food for them thats small sized and sinking?

NLS or Omega1 Cichlid pellet.

I would give nls 1mm pellets a try.

Thanks for the replies. The fish are currently around 1" big. How often would you recommend to feed them? I have been doing once a day so far
