A variety of pellets, and frozen/live feeds..
I use Hai Feng Alife, Grand Omega Supreme, Ken's Cichlid Pellets, Chingmix Maxima, HBH Soft & Moist w/ krill.. frozen krill, bloodworms.. I only feed the frozen feeds once a week.. fast my fish on water change day.. and feed the variety of pellets throughout the week.

im getting either a red or blue dragon in the next week and i want to have everything i need for food. the guy that owns the local pet store is coing to a convention and i asked him to bring me on back
Chingmix is the Best but see what works best for your fh but variety is still the best might try to add NLS too.
what i use is alife, hikari gold, nls, arrowana floating sticks, frozen krill, blood worms, brine shrimp, and ghost shrimp and home grown con fry
this is very helpful when i had my red devil he ate small fish, blood worms, and cichlid pellets not sure which brand but it was in a purple can. i got him when he was 2" and he died last year at 17 1/2 over 7 years
