What's everyone think will bulk up cichla quickly? Doesn't matter if it's pellet, frozen, or live. Not looking for growth necessarily just bulk

Anybody has any experience with Power Grow? Sounds interesting.

Cheaper way wud be shrimp....but massivore works too if u dont mind forking the money

If you get them to hit night crawlers there's nothing out there thats more fating!

If the question is how to make them fat, use everything you have and feed feed feed. When I travel they eat less and, for example, my mono was starting to get a pronounced nuchal hump when I left for a week. When I returned the hump was rediculously big. Why becasue he lost a lot of bulk since I feed so often when I was home. It took him 7 days of "regular feeding" before he bulked up again. I use FD Krill, tilapia, shrimp, silvers and massivore. The colors are amazing. mix it up and feed heavy and they will be fat. I prefer a fat bass, unlike my woman. Oh yeah, change the water, a lot. hope this helps.

Honestly, it's whatever they'll stuff themselves with!

I had a kelberi that would only eat a few massivore pellet then stop going for them. He never grew and I had to get rid of him.

If you're talking about the two you just got, go with massivore and hikari food sticks. I'm pretty sure they'll hit that stuff till they're bulging.

What i'm doing with another cichla is feeding them hikari food sticks till they won't eat anymore of it or aren't as aggressive toward it then I start feeding them market shrimp.
