Hello all! I am new to this posting thing so I hope I am doing it right...
I have 6 Red Bellys that are about 2 to 3 inches. I've had them two weeks and I am having trouble deciding the best food source for them and how much to feed them.

I have never had had piranhas before. I have been feeding them blood worms because they are young but they always seem hungery. Is this normal? How much should they get each day? When i setup my tank I cycled it with White clouds and so far they have only ate 3 of them so I dont think they could really be starving or I would think they would have wiped them all out by now. They will eat the flake food I put in for the white clouds so I'm thinking that now would be the time to start them on pellets before they get spoiled with fresh fish. Does that seem right? What kind of pellets are recommended? and is this a better, healthier route then fresh food? Sorry for all the questions, I did alot of research about them before I bought them but now that I have them home I have so many questions and everything seems contradictory. An help you can give would be appreciated. Thanks!

Welcome to MFK.
at that size you should feed more frequent, like 2-3 times a day at least. at 2-3 you can start feeding them other diet other than blood worms, for detail read the sticky here http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=306686 or get them on pellet as you mentioned would be a good idea. I was unsuccessful of converting mine but each have different luck. I've seen people use hikari sinking carnivore pellet, or hikari bio gold. they should be all good.

yeah what he said. I have a question for you though. Where in Oregon are you and where did you get your Ps from?

I heard brine shrimp
