There is no such beast! Its all about preference. Not only your pref, but also your fish. Example... I think Chingmix is a better product than Grand Sumo pound for pound. However my fish wouldnt eat SP80, I starved them and the would eat enough to survive. So in this case GS is the better food. My fish seem to love SP100 and I have great results. I have also heard the Ocean free is good and humpy head is also good. Do not, I repeat do not feed these specialty foods as a staple pellet. I use Hakari bio gold as staple. Dont forget to treat, Bloodworms, Krill, Brine shrimp with spirillia (sp) and I like to give mine Cichlid Delight.. Its a frozen food. i hope this helps bro.

try a variety and see what he likes best or works best for him when I was in fh's before I tried chingmix because they said it was good for the kok but it did not do good for him his color became bad but on some of my fish it work a little better so it's a matter of trying different kind of foods and most of all a lot of TLC

good luck.chingmix is best FH pellet IMO, followed by NLS. Variety of pellet and live/frozen foods is best IMO.
