Best foods for my SA cichlids and Catfish

Hello guys, I have a 75 gallon tank that is almost done cycling and I have decided the final stocking for it (1 green severum, 1 firemouth, 1 convict cichlid, 6 giant danios, 1 rainbow shark, 1 striped raphael catfish, 1 four line pimelodus, and 1 sailfin pleco (pleco is only for 2 years)). What are your guys opinions on what the best foods (feel free to suggest brands) for all of these different fish would be. If it would do better on a certain diet depending on what stage of life it is in also feel free to mention that. I would really like to do some gel foods but don't know a lot of recipes so you may suggest some of them if you know any. Also, what would be best for the cats as I feel the gel would be more for the danios and cichlids?

Floating hikari cichlid gold and sinking hikari massivor delite is working like a charm for me.

I use a mix of pellets & flake from Kensfish, Southern Delight & massivore with excellent results

I like NLS cichlid formula for color enhancement. I also use hikari wafers, blood worms, brine shrimp, Mysis shrimp, and zucchini once in awhile. When the fish get a little larger earthworms and krill could be added to the diet.

These are all good answers so thanks for contributing guys but does anyone ever use gel food or is that only for fry? If I can use it during any phase if life I would prefer to just beacause I am a fan of gel.
