Sorry if this is in the wrong place or posted before, I couldn't find a post. My oscars, and frontosa colony are big enough now that id like to add a bit more variety. I feed them tdo chromoboost as a staple. I used to feed nls but the frontosas wouldn't touch it. I've tried frozen krill and everything but the frontosas love it. I'd like to try freeze dried, but I'm not sure what to try or what is the most healthy. I'm thinking either red river shrimp, krill, or flukers turtle medley, which has shrimp, mealworms, crickets, and grasshoppers.
