Best grade of Garnet Sand

What is the Best "grade" of garnet blasting sand to use for Polys?

water jet cutting:
60mesh
80mesh
120mesh

or

Sand Blasting

Grade 12/24
Grade 20/40
Grade 30/60

i think any would be good since garnet is a heavy type of mineral.
