best grow out food

hi guys
i have a 3inch buttikoferi ,2 ,1 inch mozambique tilapia and a 2 inch oscar in a 750 ltre tank ,i know this will not be ideal further down the line but will be able to move fish to other tanks when the time comes,my question is as a grow out food for these fish what would you use .i did have these fish with a group of dubosi for a very short time but have now moved the dubosi so they can now come of the vegetarian diet.

Cichlid Staple, New Life Spectrum, Emerald Tree(Frozen Veggies).
You could use krill, pea's, market shrimp, and blood worms.
All these foods will make your cichlids grow FAST.

If u want a staple pellet for fast growth especially for tilapia i would use aquamax. its very cheap too. then u supplement with a varied diet of frozen and ur good
