Working on a repair for a 33 gallon tank i have some 2 part epoxy the tank is missing a 18'' by 3' piece of glass for 1 of the sides and is 1 quarter inch thick thinking about a plywood piece for replacing the missing side.

I would recommend getting a piece cut at a glass shop, probly cost about $10 probly less then silicone it back in with aquarium cocking...

yeah new glass would be the best idea

70.00 for a glass piece that size over here anyway i have installed a piece of plywood that i found and i have the epoxy left over so i only had to buy some silicone.
