Fugupuff bigguapote and Discus origins has all brought in rare and great species of pbass it just depends on what type of "rare" you are looking for. As of right now defiantly check up on Discus origins

I think most of the best are grown from very small getting good food. Takes time but is well worth it. Unless you get wild caught ones. Sometimes they are really good. And overall hard to tell how they will look small.
