hi can people recommend a really good internal canister filter?
looking for the following characteristics:

- high GPH output (>200gph)
- quiet in operation
- has a 'snorkel' to suck air to make bubbles (sorry i'm not being scientific!)
- reliable i.e. gonna last more than 18 months
- good performance (comes with good media, is able to suck in a lot of the waste and KEEP it in there)

thanks.

eheim pro 3 the bog one greetings expensive ,reliable and if something whore down after let's say 5 years you stil wil have spare part new from eheim.

wow dude... you used a lot of words that are probably not allowed, but i'm guessing you think they rock :D

I only spotted one bad word.

Fluval internal filters are probably pretty good...the canisters are nice anyway. Why do you want an internal though?

wanted internal just cuz i don't have space for tubing... i have two external canisters already, and this is actually to provide more water movement and aeration...
Then just go get yourself a powerhead if that's all you need it for.

I like the ac's if you want to move a lot of water the 901 is a beast.
