Which is the best that is safe with plecos and plants? My rams' poo are white and stringy. Also they are ALWAYS really skinny, even after they eat their bloodworms. My ctenopoma also is more skinny than normal and always begging for food.

Well I don't have another tank for them, anyway the entire tank is infected except for one...

Anything with praziquantel and metronidazole. Prazi Pro, API general cure, tetra parasite guard, jungle parasite clear, etc. Soaking food in these meds works the best as the fish get the most benefit by ingestion, by delivering the meds to where it counts the most. I got prazi pro and used API general cure in the past with great results. I stayed away from the parasite guard/clear as it contains Acriflavine which can kill aquatic mosses (only time i've come across IP is in my planted tanks for some reason...). If fish only all of them should work well (soak food's for best results). Prazi pro is good because it is easy on your fish, plants, biofilter, and hard to overdose. It is said that just by introducing it to your water according to dosing directions it can be able to clear up internal parasites, but ether way/either medication I use, I soak foods as well as dose. The fish seem to accept the soaked foods better when the med's are already in their water.
