Belton Lake, TX. I found some weak info on the websites, but I have personally seen Polaroid pics of Monster Cats plastering the walls of the gas station at the corner of Hwy 36 & Airport, outside of Temple, TX. Hundreds of them! I went to Texas Tech & lived in Houston, so I drove 36N many times & stopped at the station every time. Every time I stopped, there was a new pic of two people struggling to lift a cat as long as them. All the websites say its good for hybrid striped bass, but those pics must be at another gas station! If anybody makes the trip, let us know how it goes! I'll be going for my bachelor party in October & will update then.

Yessir. Guns up! What are the odds? We bump heads in two seperate threads. I dont know about missing Lubbock, though... I could stand to miss it for a while longer. I do miss camping & bouldering at Lake Alan Henry, though. We almost got shot a few times mountain biking on those Llanos outside of Post. Apparently the fences meant they were privately owned...
