Best Koi/Carp Food

I hope this is the right forum since it says to discuss nutrition here...

Anyway, I am wondering what is the best commercial food (or not) for feeding carp or koi. I assume they would take the same things just about, but I have a carp specifically (common carp). I know that there have been scientific tests done on sturgeon food to determine which brand is better (to the detriment of the sturgeon that were fed poor quality food, unfortuantely) but I haven't heard of similar tests for carp. Figuring that Koi is a pretty big industry, there ought to be some commercial food that rises to the top of the pack.

im really starting to like the hikari food for koi.. i use all of them mixxed together... but prior was using satori foods

What do you mean you use them mixed together? As in Hikari mixed with other brands, or different types of Hikari mixed together?

I've always liked Satori, but I'm sure how other brands from outside the US might be in terms of nutrition
