I'd say the top one probably then. Since they contain the most blue and red color-wise. If possible try to get a preview of each though. I'd guess that the top one is pinkish in spectrum while the bottom one is yellowish.

yes and I still think the top one is better , by the looks of it blues and reds will show up nicely the other tends toward green . you dont see many green discus

10,000k bulb maybe even a 12,000k bulb would make them pop.
