What does everyone use for lighting? The best for bringing out color and other characteristics? I have always used just standard aquarium bulbs but after seeing some of the pics on here and the tank lighting, I gotta know the secrets!!!!!!!!

I'm interested in this too... I'm finishing a big tank and just want to use plain old generic florescent light fixtures, the cheap ones, but with aquarium bulbs put in them instead. The main fish of interest in the tank will be clown loaches which don't like intense light anyways.
Any downside to this?

i like to use t-5 ho-10000k and 6700k although when i change my bulbs againim going to try all 10000k.
