What do you think are the best liquid fert or best combination of some ferts? If it matters I am setting up a 10gal planted guppy breeding tank with a combination of swords, val, java fern etc. Just looking for oppinons.

For a tank that size I would go with the Flurish line of products. But I see that most of the plants that you list are going to grow way too big for a 10 gallon. Swords alone can grow huge and depending on what kind of val you have they could overtake a tank in no time. I had some vals that had some 50-60" leaves and cavered the surface of a 125 gallon tank. Stick with small plants and go with the Flurish and you should be good to go. How about lighting and co2?

i was also planing on doing a 30gal planted with some dwarf cichlids. i am going to do a a diy yeast co2 system. i dont know wat kind of lighting i have i havent looked at it in a while. coould u recommend a group of plants for a ten gallon? also i found there are lots of different types of flourish which ones should i use?

Which one to use... depends on several things. Light is the first thing. Do you just have the standard strip light that comes on the tank or have you up graded? If its just the standard light might not need any ferts other then what the fish supply. I need some more info to advise further. Info I could use... How much light does the tank have or will have? What kind of Substrate? Water out of tap GH, KH, PH? If you do co2 then your KH PH values will give you your co2 level.

Plants for a 10 gallon. Hmm... in small tanks I like to use alot of different crypts just make sure they are not something like crypt spirials as they will get too big so with something like one of the colors of Wendtii Red, Geen, etc. I also use dwarf sag., micro sword, glosso, java moss, willow moss, and java fern, just to name a few.
