All my fish are trained to eat pellets 4 times a week, and trained to eat Tilapia chunks on Friday. I starve them on the weekend, now I really want to introduce live feeding on sunday morning as a treat to get them more active. Whats the best live feeder with the most nutrients. ( Have a 75 G tank ready to place the feeders in )

Convict or maybe tilapia fry.

Convicts are great except for if they don't get eaten they can start new families of their own in your main tank. Plus you will need more than one tank to really get enough feeders going IMO. They start breeding again before the fry are large enough to be feeders, so the existing fry get harassed or killed by the parents. The older fry will also eat the younger fry so you need a place to put them to grow out. That is at least what I ran into breeding convicts for my larger fish.

Nice perspective from someone who has actually bred them for the purpose....
